Two gardens : a small one in the front, south, fenced, with a big covered courtyard. A second garden 100m2 in the back, also fenced, for the dinner ... and a garden, this one a vegetable garden, 500m away and close to the sea, delightful for the kids to pick up a few tomatoes, lettuces, strawberries, raspberries, etc. The house is located 100m away from the sea and 300m from the center of the village. The market, shops, carousel, little restaurants, bicycle paths. The sea a few steps away at the end of the pathway, sunsets or picnics on the beach at sunset ...
