Kitchen between these two courtyards offer the possibility of meals either in the kitchen or in each of the two courtyards, depending on the weather. Ground floor: kitchen, large living room + TV, DVD player, stereo, Internet access. Separate toilet Room with shower and WC Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Upstairs: double bedroom (bed of 160cm) and a children's room with two beds of 90cm. Bathroom with bath, shower, WC. Gas heating.
